Ryan the manager and the employees were great. It was my first visit to a Papa Murphys. They were very eager to tell me how it all works. Great service! The pizza was outstanding! 15 to 18 min at 425...PERFECT.

The pizza is delicious, but I had a hard time with the wait. I put in an online order, which was suprisingly difficult, on a Friday night and it said my pizza would be ready in 30 minutes. This seems to be a generic update that doesn't reflect how busy they might be. I got there very close to the 30 minute mark and my pizzas didn't start getting made until I got there. I ended up waiting another 30 minutes and was asked three times during my wait what my second pizza was. It wasn't significantly cheaper than delivery and, when you add up the wait time, it took longer and required me to pick it up.
